What is STOR-\u00a1?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

STOR-i was established in 2010 as an EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training. Its academic prowess and high levels of success have led to a further investment from 2019 with an increased capacity of potential students to 70 in total across the full cohort. This is a multi-million pound award from EPSRC<\/a>, substantial support from ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ and an additional \u00a35.2m from Industrial Partners. All partners see a national need for the cohort-based approach offered by STOR-i and together will expand on its existing success.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Partnerships with industry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Industrial partnerships are at the forefront of STOR-i\u2019s work. MRes and PhD students inspire leading research that has a genuine impact on the organisations they work with. Whether this is a one-off problem-solving day or a three-year PhD, the industrial organisations that work with STOR-i receive a tangible benefit. Many industrial organisations have chosen to partner STOR-i with a long-term commitment, to the benefit of our students.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
