I contribute to undergraduate, postgraduate taught, and MBA teaching in strategy at 糖心视频 Management School. My teaching experience includes Principles of Strategic Management, Strategic Management Simulation, Building Competitive Advantage, Strategic Management, Managing Strategic Change, and MBA Strategic Management. My responsibilities have included small-group tutoring, simulation coaching, assessment and moderation, developmental feedback, student-group coordination, and module administration. I have also independently designed and delivered an MBA guest lecture on AI and Strategy, translating my research on AI-enabled firm capabilities, innovation, and strategic adaptation into contemporary strategy teaching.
Research Interests
My research interests lie at the intersection of strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and marketing. I am particularly interested in strategic orientations, organisational capabilities, product innovation, strategic adaptation, and competitive advantage. An emerging stream of my research examines AI-enabled capabilities and digital transformation, including how generative and agentic AI reshape firm innovation, marketing strategy, competitive responses, and international business.
Current Research
My doctoral research examines how AI embeddedness influences firm innovation and competitive advantage. The dissertation investigates different forms of AI-enabled organisational capability and their implications for firm innovation and performance outcomes. The research focuses particularly on manufacturing firms and combines strategy, innovation, and marketing perspectives to understand how organisations translate emerging AI technologies into substantive strategic and innovation outcomes.
